As you recall Malala is the young Pakistani activist, advocating for female education, who was shot in the head in 2012. The Taliban claimed responsibility. She survived this vicious attack and her advocacy and story became more powerful than ever.

Malala is more than just a survivor - Student, Activist, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate.

She fights to ensure women are educated and children everywhere have a voice. She inspires me, to believe I can rise up and overcome challenges and her story encourages me to look at my world differently.
